IT Sector:

Taking into consideration India’s contribution to the information technology sector worldwide, there has been vast potential for promoting employment and self-employment. MCED has introduced the skill based technical programs with an added unique feature of Entrepreneurship Development inputs with a view to promoting employment and self-employment. For the past twenty two years, MCED, in collaboration with technical experts, has trained around 95,000 beneficiaries and 30% of the generated employable and self-employable manpower have been successfully placed.

Computer Courses:

The computer courses have entrants at beginner’s level starting from age 18 onwards, where upon completion of the course, they are eligible for employment in the market. Thereby for those who are not academically inclined or for those who are not inclined towards polytechnic, this would be an easier go between for them to accomplish their career goals. There are also refreshers and advanced level trainings held for professionals who simply want to keep abreast of new technologies.

Online Facility:

  • MCED also has in the pipeline the plans to develop online computer education examination with the support of National Informatics Centre, Pune. MCED is conducting such training programs with the assistance of Authorized Training Centres and Information Training Coordinators.
